We need simple replacement parts for our spader (replacement spade points) we bought from MFI. I’ve called and emailed over the last 4 years and can’t get any help. I like some of the other implements they sell but won’t buy anything else from MFI. They’ll take your money and ship you a brand new implement, but leave you hanging when it inevitably comes time to replace parts.

My husband and I have tried for 3 months to get parts for our mater mac corn planter. We’ve called, emailed, etc. Each time we were told we would need to talk to Ralph. After 3 months, you would think Ralph would have called us back. Farming is our livilyhood. Would have been nice to receive a call back.

Be very careful if you consider purchasing from Market Farm Implement. We order a BCS 100 chipper shredder part number 921290791. what was shipped was a USED BIO 8 model. from the internet it appears this model is pre-1995. Have called but no response as to how they will resolve. We feel it is extremely deceptive to ship a used product let along the wrong model. Will update this comment if we make any progress. Ralph (or one of his employees) placed a Market Farm Implement, Inc label over the model name.
