5-Star Review – California Motors Direct<br><br>I was online looking for a Chevy Bolt after my Ford C-Max died and I needed a new car for work, as I drive 3,000–4,000 miles a month. I was pretty set on buying a Chevy Bolt, and while researching I saw that California Motors Direct had one priced right and, most importantly, the battery had been replaced through the recall. That was a must for me. With the battery replaced at around 28k miles, the warranty on the car was extended to 128k miles, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase.<br><br>I was lucky enough to connect with Jeff, their Director of Operations. He was awesome and had the car brought from the Montclair location to the Santa Ana location, which was much closer to my home in San Diego. That level of service really stood out.<br><br>Jeff connected me with Juan, a great sales guy who was polite, professional, took me on a quick test drive, and got the paperwork started quickly so I could get back home. I also met Benjamin, the sales manager, who worked the deal for me and made everything come together smoothly. Junior in finance finished up my paperwork efficiently and kept everything moving.<br><br>Everyone was awesome. The team communicated throughout the entire process and made the experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.<br><br>I’ve been in the auto industry for almost 32 years, and I can confidently say this dealership is run efficiently with strong processes and great people. I truly appreciate everyone’s help and would absolutely recommend California Motors Direct to anyone looking for a vehicle

This was a horrible experience. I made an appointment to see a BMW M4 with a salesperson named Marcus at their Santa Ana location. I texted with them 4 times confirming my appointment. I drove 40 minutes from Laguna Beach to see the car and 5 minutes before the appointment Marcus cancelled and said the car wasn’t ready. When I called him to find another time to see the car and express my dissatisfaction, he hung up on me mid call. This was easily the most unprofessional interaction I have had from my car dealer.
